The Sugar Maple Inn is a dream realized. Born from the idea that we could have a home that could house those we love the most. We are carefully renovating this magical home to offer our guests a safe and comfortable place to stay.
We, Natalie and Julian Dion, a husband-and-wife duo, ignited by our passions for artful design, pivoted from our secure and dependable career paths to the uncertain autonomy of becoming entrepreneurs. In 2012 we launched our first business that has grown into what is now known as The Carpentry Shop Co.
The Carpentry Shop Co. was born from the notion of doing something you love every day. So, we built a business that allows us to be creative and innovative through handcrafting furniture that elevates our most intimate spaces. We bring that thoughtful design and attention to detail to the Sugar Maple Inn.
Family is at the heart of what and why we create as dedicated parents. The Sugar Maple Inn intends to encourage community and connection.
With cozy rooms to relax, dining tables where ideas are discussed, gardens where family meetings can be held, and desks where dreams are actualized. Our company’s ethos is wholeheartedly rooted in processes and products built on quality, integrity, and community.
This inn is a manifestation of time, energy, and love. So often, life’s intangibles give significant meaning to our most beloved belongings.

Check-in at 3 p.m. daily with the checkout at noon. Please check in at the front desk upon arrival - if you check in early, we are happy to hold your bags while you start exploring the area.
